During Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020

 Do you need a "reset" in what matters most to you?

Well, all the down time because work furloughed me for for the duration of this. I am itching to get back to work. Slept way to much. I've also wasted a ton of time binging entire seasons of shows - Homeland, Space Force, Star Trek: Voyager, The Last Narc, Homecoming, The Expanse and more. Films all the Thors, That Sugar Film and other stuff.

But I worked on my truck and did some repairs, Brakes both front and rear, third tail light, replace headlights, repaired the sagging headliner, cleaned the throttle body and replaced sensors attached to it. and Some more:


I did pick up a new found understanding of a way to eat and intermittent fasting. It's working for me I've shed about 25lbs. 

I has some blood work done and the numbers were not as good as they should be. Fast forward to Covid-19. Instead of getting off work and getting a late night snack on the way home. So no work no snacks.

The say 90 days to break a habit and create new ones, it seemed to work for me. I'm very aware of the sugar content of what I eat and look to reduce drastically the amount I eat.

Back to blood work, during the last teleconference with the doctor, all the numbers went in the right direction. Plus I've dropped a couple of pants sizes. that means I'll keep doing the the things that are helping me loose weight.

Shedding pounds and shedding things, like clutter and items I'll no longer use. I hope to have an update on that stuff too.
